Troubleshooting

Use the Sturdy ID account invited to the workspace. If you have no hub session, use the sign in at the hub link first. An unknown or inactive account needs a manager to check access. A missing Sturdy ID button needs an administrator to check sign-in availability. See Sign in.

The Pipeline board shows engaged leads. Search Leads for a new record or look in Up Next. Check the current stage before treating this as missing data.

Use Sign in to the linked workspace when offered. Ask the sender to confirm the workspace and your access. Do not recreate the record just because the link is unavailable.

Navigation and actions depend on permissions. Ask a manager to check your role. An access message does not mean the workspace has no records.

Read the error. If someone else changed the record, reopen it, compare the current values and retry the intended edit. Do not repeatedly submit an old form.

I claimed an inquiry, but it still needs a response

Section titled “I claimed an inquiry, but it still needs a response”

Claiming assigns responsibility. The response measure needs a logged call or confirmed outbound email. Review the actual contact attempt and website inquiry guide.

An automation is on but no task or reminder appeared

Check whether a matching event occurred, the preset’s run count, the selected owner and the actual task or notification. Ask a manager to review service enablement if the expected run is missing. See Automations.

Check email permission and mailbox setup with your manager. Read the send error before trying again; a draft is not a sent message.

Use Get help to collect the details your manager or support contact needs.
